A: We offer several shipping options, including Standard Shipping and Next-Day Delivery for eligible items and areas. You can also choose our convenient and free In-Store Pickup service during checkout. Shipping fees are calculated based on your cart contents and destination.

Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s progress. For In-Store Pickup orders, you will receive a separate email when your order is ready for collection.

Q: Can I change my shipping address or order details after placing an order?
A: To ensure swift delivery, our system begins processing orders immediately. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify the shipping address or make changes to an order once it has been submitted. Please double-check all information at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: At this time, we only ship to addresses within the country.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is Gather Home’s return policy?
A: Your happiness is guaranteed. Most items in new, resellable condition with original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please review our full Return Policy page for details on non-returnable items, return fees for mailed items, and holiday deadlines.

Q: How do I return an item?
A: You can return items purchased online or in-store to any Gather Home retail location. For mail returns, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receipt to initiate the process and receive a prepaid return label. A flat fee is deducted for mail returns.

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Refunds are processed to your original payment method once we receive the return. Please allow time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account after our processing is complete.

Q: What items are final sale?
A: For health and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including opened or used bedding, select bath items, custom-cut blinds, special orders, gift cards, and any product that has been used, washed, or altered. Merchandise marked down 50% or more is also final sale.

A: Yes! Gather Home gift cards are available for purchase online and in all our stores. They are a perfect gift for any home decor enthusiast. Please note that gift cards are non-refundable.
